Hen's wing is broke

I noticed Wednesday night that her wing looked a bit weird. Yesterday I went into the run to see if I could get a closer look - finally grabbed her, and she wouldn't let me mess with it at all. It is laying at her side, so I'm guessing it is somewhere closer to her body? What do I do? All my chickens already "pick" at each other (they all have naked backs), so I don't want to give them one more reason to mess with each other.

Just guessing, look up angel wing splints and put something similar on to hold it in proper place and stable so it can heal properly.

Did you try looking this up with the search? I know you're not the first person with this problem.
