Hens with bumblefoot

So I have 3 hens who have bumblefoot, should I perform surgery on all three? none of them are limping but they all have slight swelling with a black scab on the pad of the foot. I've never done the surgery before but I've heard if left un-treated it can kill them? I am prepared to buy everything I'll need: scalpel, gauze, medical tape, peroxide, alcohol, non- pain relieving antibiotic cream. I know I have to change their bandages every day but how long do I keep their feet wrapped, it's going to be a lot to keep up with with all three of them possibly getting the surgery.

It is daunting to do all three. I would do them all roughly the same time, for their sake, but you don't have to do them all in the same day. I would do the worst one first. You need to wrap their feet until the hole left behind from the surgery has healed over, to prevent new infection.
