Hens won't roost?

We got 50 Barred Rocks from the hatchery last July and we've overwintered them in the barn but they don't use the roosts but rather just sleep on the floor like Broilers? Any tips to get them to use the roosts would be appreciated .

Maybe when you go to put them in at night, but a couple on the roosts to show them what they are. We had to do that for about 4 of ours, then they all were super crazy about roosting and the only ones left on the floors were the frizzles and the ducks.
