I have a chick you looks sick he sits on the ground without moving and is shaking. He also stopped moving around I have had chicks who do this and die and I was hoping one of you knew how to help because I don't want to lose him.

Is he eating/drinking? If not you may have to dropper feed him. Try some chick crumbles mixed with water to make a loose paste to eat.
You don't give many details - how old? any other problems with the flock? are they vaccinated? A picture is also worth a thousand words too...
