He is young enough to still be under a heat lamp or with a broody mama - I think he is cold. Are the others bullying him and keeping away from food and water? Make sure he eats and drinks

I gave him some of the crumble feed paste and kept him warm he is now walking and opening his eyes. No he wasn't getting bullied
