Is there an herbal dewormer for ducks? I use one for my goats (land of Havilah parasite formula) but have no idea if it’s safe for ducks. I’m willing to use conventional dewormer if necessary but figured I’d ask first. I don’t have ducks yet but have read several threads about deworming and it made me curious.

Not really, no. Some may reduce the numbers but since parasites breed quickly, they only reduce the numbers for a week or two.
Most herbs with anthelmintic properties are toxic, just in the right dose so you'll hopefully reduce the worms and not the livestock.
D.e, garlic, wormwood, cinnamon, tobacco, cayenne, pumpkin seeds, etc either do t work or aren't effective
There are studies regarding the pumpkin seeds ( curcubitin) and a few herbs that are showing promise, but safety and efficacy tests are still running.

Hi.

Ducks generally don't need to be dewormed : indeed, their body temperature is just too high to be favorable to a worm infestation...

But still, you can mix food grade Diatomaceous Earth with your ducks' food if you want to : DE is a natural dewormer, so you at least still can eat the eggs during the treatment; but it will also give a lot of good things to your ducks, and keep them (and their eggs) strong.

(In addition to their food in metal feeders, my ducks have un unlimited access to a mix of "Wheat + Duck Pellets + Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth" in plastic feeders... all year round!
And they are very healthy birds...!!)
