Here are some of my 5 week polish chicks, gender?

HI, thanks in advance! I was wondering if anyone can tell which are cockerals or pullets? Also, what color do you thing these babies are going to be?

It's hard to tell from the pics, but when you look at them.... females will have rounder topknot feathers and will start to shape like a nicely shaped bonnet, males will have longer looking pointier feathers that start to look like wild muppet hair. They can be tricky... also males are normally the first to get the red color on the face and wattles.....

Thanks, that is helpful... I am so curious as to the color, I have 5 that are the same color and one that is a greyish color. I will post better pics, hopefully get more responses!

I think2 are girls... the last one is a Blue,could be boy if pointy feathers , first one looks white... If any are White with bits of grey running through, then that's Splash.

My guess is 2 girls and 1 boy!!

Wow they have bigger crests than mine did at 5 weeks..I kept thinking mine were roos because of the wattles they had (looked like your rooish one) but they turned out to be girls. It looks like you have at least two hens but not very sure with the blue one.
