That is wrong on EVERY level!
I would be on the newspaper and the county office/youth league that does have jurisdiction over this!
They have a responsibilty to keep your child safe!
Ask them what their insurance company would think!

when he ''aplogized "to the parents he said he was a morone hed went to far it had been wrong and would never happen again he said he didnt relize how far wrong it was , of course at the time he still was dening the laps and haveing the boys held,havent heard anyting yet from what went on at school with the cops and dcfs yet am expecting a call today about it . one reason i didnt turn it into a lagal mess is my son has sever adhd, and feels responsible for causing the team trouble not the coach but the team cause the way his mind sees it is they cant play if the coach is gone and hes some form of reason for this,yes iv told him so have others but it hasnt sunk in yet,that is just his way, legal problems would just throw him for a major loop,well see whats up today he didnt have much to do at practice yesterday, there were board members and the other head coach there and a couple of fathers all the time.
