Here is the complete build of my coop!

The run is 4’x8’. The coop is 36”x26” inside. It’s bigger than the pictures look. Two nesting boxes with removable partitions.

I see you really put a lot of work into the coop. I wish you had put more work into researching how much space chickens require.
Unfortunately, your coop shouldn't house more than 2 chickens and those should be bantam sized. Full size chickens need 4 sq ft of space per bird in the coop... and then there's the run. They require 10 sq ft MINIMUM. I prefer to state that they need 15 sq ft minimum.
Birds can get very nasty when they are crowded. VERY nasty.
I would strongly recommend that you convert the run into a coop and then build a much larger run attached to that.

They will only be sleeping in the coop. They will only be in the run when we are not home or the weather is bad or something. They will have free range of the yard.
