Here we go again... HELP!!!

i hate to post on here with another emergency, but... I've got this gosling that just hatched,el'natural, and this is what I found,

can someone please help me?

It would be more helpful if you could post more details like where this is on the body, if it's bothering the bird ect. I'd also suggest posting a picture showing that spot with the whole body in the pic. I may not be able to help but doing this should get you better info
