I feel like I am at the begining of a very tall mountain! So much to learn, see, do. I live in Canada and do not currently have a flock of my own but am head hen at my job of barn manager. There I care for 20 hens 2 roosters of mixed breeds. So I feel pretty confident about getting my own flock...sort of! I look forward to learning, listening and practicing with you all!

glad you have joined us.

You already are a step ahead with your experience and know how to tend a large flock.

But you should visit the learning center to fill the gaps and explore the coops sections to decide what you want.

Good luck in getting your own flock.

I bet you know more about chickens than a lot of us did just starting off! You're going to be fine. And any time you have questions, you can always come here and ask or do a search to find out what you need to know. There's so much information available and a lot of helpful members on BYC.

It's nice to have you here!
