Here's a crazy first egg!!

Hello,
My neighbour brought this to show me and I had to share with you.
It was laid by a black xbred and it is her first egg!

Well it looks to be a new version of a double yolker...I ahve never seen 1 like that but maybe the hen was spooked and jumped up and squeezed it and then finished laying it...who knows its new to me too...

That would be her first and second egg. Just fused together. Very interesting looking.

That's wierd looking...is it edible? Fun things to look forward to for me......no eggs yet. We still have another month.

Hmmmm, i wouldnt eat it, it really hits home as to what an egg is!!!
I thinks its called double-ovulation which can occur with first eggs.
I havent had this in my last 16 years of new layers so its new to me too!

I would not eat it either. I wonder if her second or rather third egg will look like this too?
