Just a quick picture story of our coop, the coop itself was built at my friends shop, it is 4X6. As you can see the run took some time, I am a worry wort and didn't want to take any chances with racoons etc, even though have I haven't seen any serious predators in the last ten years. Used 1 inch by 1 inch welded wire vinyl coated buried down 1 foot and a half. Covered it with large bolders and extra concrete etc. The run is 10 feet long by six feet high which is plenty of room for by six ladies, four RR and two Ameraucanas.

I would reccomend the project to anyone. The kids love them.
