I know its a pullet 13 weeks old and I need clarification if she is indeed a French copper maran.

She is a pretty girl! It can take BCM some time to develop the copper coloring around the neck though her comb I would expect to be a bit bigger at this age. She may be a mix breed between a BCM and something else. You’ll probably have to wait a few more weeks or months to be sure.
