RONOTT1 Where did you find a blue Australorp? The only ones I have ever seen were black. Is Chester Hupp a breeder and how do I contact him? My DH would love to have a couple of blue Australorp pullets!

Yes, Chester Hupp has been working on Blue Australorps. These are something like 7 generations out from the Orp cross. He is getting some Splash now too. I would send him a pm or contact him through is website to get on his list.

Got into contact with someone in the Northeast about some more La Flèche(I'm also getting some from Urch). Pretty excited for what I'm going to be spending time on next year! Aiming for 100+ now that I will have my own birds to hatch from. Hopefully these turn out better than my last endeavor .

I am so terribly disappointed. ( tears)The people who were suppose to come thru with the check which would let me
go to Columbus and pump the septic system have not fulfilled their financial obligations and will not have it to me until
next Monday. So the septic is being pumped anyway. I will have to call the breeder and tell her the deal is off. Have
been working on this outcross deal for over 7 months. Now I have no outcross for next year. I will think of something
over the winter. I am so angry. I am going to do some housework and try and calm down. That's how angry I am.
