My white duck Tilly absolutely LOVES Clark the goose. I am not sure if Clark is male or female- but Clark will about drown ducks in the pool standing on them. Male actions? I am not sure.
Tilly bobs her head from side to side all the time to Clark, follows him around, eats with him and even lays in front of him bill to the ground waiting for his love. Only for him to completely IGNORE her. He holds his head high, honks and IGNORES her pleas for affection and attention. I have tried to chat with Clark to give her a chance and that it is ok to love her, even though she is a messy, VERY loud duck. He seems to strut around like he runs the place, things have shifted with who is in command around the flock (6 ducks, 3 drakes and 2 geese of unknown sex). The drakes are getting frisky and bossy, the geese are trying to micromanage everyone and Tilly...poor Tilly only cares about Clark the goose.
Amazes me how things change daily..it is like attempting to follow a high school click and keeping up with it all.
