I think they’re beautiful boys too.
I’m even more smitten with them now that I’ve gotten to know their personalities.
I really disliked the photos I’d see of solid colored NNs.
I’m much more interested in the ones with lots of color and broken up patterns.
I just think they look more attractive that way.
These were bought from Tractor Supply and they source their chicks from Hoover Hatchery.
I think Hoover is doing some really interesting NN crosses.
I’m almost positive at least one of mine was the result of a NN/EE cross.
I’ll know for sure when she starts laying.
I’m definitely going to be breeding some chicks from these birds and hopefully I can produce some really cool patterns and colors.
I have 12 female chicks and 2 of them are EE so hopefully I will eventually have Olive Egger NNs!

I was going to say I saw another person on this forum with some gorgeous NN girls like your NN boys, but then I realized that was also you, haha! I got my first batch of chicks from Tractor Supply too and they were all really gorgeous birds, although most of them weren't what they were supposed to be.

I wish you were close to me...I'd love to get some of those babies you hatch...I've never seen NNs like yours!

omgggoodnes he looks and sounds like my “Sunday”!!! As soon as I realized he was a Roo i planned to get rid of him but my neighbors have begged me to keep him, whew! He’s a sweetheart!
