Hewettas Bath Time

bantimna,

She was a Cornish X pullet and was 10 weeks old in these pictures. Her highest weight was 32 pounds before her accidental death. She was like a Jack Russell Terrier, always underfoot and had to go everywhere you went. She even suffers separation anxiety when left alone. Her best friend was a Bob White Quail-where you seen one the other was there, too.

I Love That She Just Sits And Waits Til She's Finished Being Washed And Just Lets You Use The Blow Dryer. Thats Cute! I Would Love It If I Had A Bird That Would Do That!

Okay, the hair dryer just sent that over the top!

That's what did it for me too. The hair dryer is hilarious! I can't believe that doesn't freak her out. I can only imagine trying to give any of my young ladies a bath. It would be feathers and bubbles everywhere! The clincher really is the hair dryer though. I would have a long way to go if I were to try to train them to do that. Very cool.

You should see me brush Buddies (Jack Russell Terrier) teeth with a sonic toothbrush. When I need to brush the top ones he will lie on his back and hold his mouth open. Tried to get it on my flip recorder, but he is such a ham, he will only sit and put his nose into the lens. He is always a hoot!
