Hello Everyone,
I am new to this site and SUPER excited. I have been raising chickens on and off for about 18 years. I have always loved chickens and this spring I went a little "chick crazy" I have four brooders going and just hatched our first baby. I am on this site at least once a day... LOVE IT!!! I am also raising a dozen meat birds. My daughter is 13 and in 4H. We also have 3 cats, 2 nigerian dwarf goats, 2 boer goats, 3 guinea pigs, meal worms for chicken treats and we are getting a holland lop rabbit and 4 khaki campbell ducklings this week. We are also in the process of starting bee hives. Lots of change over here. Also looking for a new incubator, would love some ideas. I want fully digital and automatic and to hold 20-24 chicken eggs. Can't wait to have stuff to contribute to the site.

We have a few new members from our state. That's great! You know pics are a must when you're able to post them.

Please come over to the CA thread and join us there too

This is Suerte (lucky in spanish) the only chick to hatch out of 18 after a rather long power failure and a 15 year old Little Giant incubator. Photo taken by my daughter. More pics to come.

Our little feisty rooster in the background and our EE hen in front. We happen to go on vacation and while there, the "chicken fairy" brought us 5 hens and a rooter. We love our new buddies from our friends (found out who after 2 weeks)
