Bloody poop

My 5 girls are 19 weeks old so I’ve been checking their coop and run everyday waiting for eggs! But two nights ago I noticed a lot of blood under their roosting bar. We cleaned it up and the next morning, same thing. I’ve inspected each girls comb, wings, vents, everything and I don’t see one spec of blood and they’re all acting completely normal. So I have no idea who it’s coming from. I bought corid to start treating them tonight, but could it possibly be worms? Should I be treating them with something else? This is my first time raising chickens so I have no idea what to do.

I would start treating for coccidiosis right away!

Be sure not to give them anything with vitamins in it (aside from their feed) until AFTER treatment is completed.
