I'm getting all "Martha Stewart" this year with the Christmas gifts. I'll be ready to pop by the time Christmas is here and I don't have the energy to run around the malls finding stuff.
So... I'm going to make homemade body salts, fragrant bath spheres and bath fizzies. Shelly (Backyard Buddies) made some soap that I want to buy from her and I'll wrap it all up in baskets I found at the 99 Cent store last year and give as gifts.
Where do you all buy your supplies? Local or online... either one. We have a Michael's here but I'm not sure I've ever seen the jars or essential oils I'm looking for.
I need:
- Citric Acid
- Organic Cane Sugar (I can just buy that at Vons, right?)
- Essential oils
- Epsom salts (which I'm sure I can buy at the store but there has to be a cheaper place to get it)
- Moth ball molds
- Various jars for the scrubs
- Various festive or "earthy" looking bags for the fizzies and spheres.
I'd love to find jars like these. Maybe not as big but that's the type of lid I'm looking for to use with the salt scrubs.
