Hello everyone my name is Sara and I am new to this group . We have a small hobby farm with lots of different breads of chickens and birds .

Oh I love your peabirds! I lived in a little cabin in the woods years ago and there were feral peacocks and a white peahen that sort of lived on the property. The hen raised a clutch every year but most didn't survive. I didn't know much about birds back then so I didn't know how to help them. I met my husband when living there and the peafowl would climb all over his car and scratch it up. Two moves and 10 years later we finally plan to get our own acreage in the near future so we can have more animals and I really want to have a peacock (or pair) again, but hubby says no way! Do your birds ever climb on cars? Or do you ever clip their wings to keep them out of the trees?
