Here they are! 3 Buttercups, 1 is a cockerel, a cockerel Dorkin, and 2 black sexlinks ... they are all getting along splendidly with last weeks chicks who are twice their size ...

Thanks, gg! I could not believe the size difference in ONE WEEK! The older babies took right away to the younger ones Coop should be done this week and the run BETTER be done by the end of next week or I am taking vacation!

Very nice thread you have here. I keep wanting to add more chicks as well but I resist the temptation. I have 8 buff orpingtons and 8 australorps. Ive been thinking about adding a splash of color by adding some Barred rocks and some RIR's. I have 4 roosters in my bunch. Im only going to keep the best one for the girls. Maybe I add some after I cull the roos. What a fun addiction!

Hey TS what did you put on the bottom of your coop door? Is that metal? looks like metal or untreated wood on my computer.....Can't really tell. I have been trying to decide what to do with my coop door. I am worried about predators trying to get in.
