Not dinner but a person I send referrals to at work (I recruit doctors for a living and send them to her when they move to the area and are looking for houses) gifted me a giant box of oranges and ruby red grapefruits that came in the mail today haha and these might be the nicest citrus fruits Ive ever seen haha

So gonna make a big batch of orange marmalade and a batch of grapefruit marmalade! And I get to use my new water bath canner I got for Christmas
