How do you like the breaded cauliflower? @sourland
Really like it, penny. I boil for about 15 minutes, drain, move to a frying pan (olive oil) on low to medium, lightly season with lemon pepper and Adobo, lightly coat with bread crumbs, and lightly brown. :drool
 
Going to have to try that have a fresh one. Maybe tomorrow. So did not have Adobo in my arsenal

Adobo

1 tblsp paprika
2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder

Adobo

1 tblsp paprika

Don't season too heavily or it overpowers the cauliflower flavor.
