Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

stuffed cabbage, potato latkes, carrots and broccoli. If you wonder why two vegetables, it's what I do when I make broccoli. I love it - the Princess won't eat it.
 
Sheet pan chicken thighs…..mushrooms, Brussels Sprouts, sweet potato spears, russet potato spears, carrots, parsnips, celery, onion, carrots. Toss everything in olive oil and Old Bay until coated. Throw it all on a sheet pan, throw on some onion quarters and whole garlic cloves, bake 35-45 minutes at 425. Veggies perfectly done, chicken skin crispy, and just roll up the foil to clean the sheet pan. My kinda dinner when we’re having company, like tonight.
