I scored some lamb shoulder today so I pressure cooked it and am making it into a scotch broth style stew or very chunky soup. Served with sourdough bread and a green salad.
Took son and DIL out for son's birthday. I had seared salmon with mashed potatoes and cauliflower with raisins and some sort of sweetening. The cauliflower was surprisingly good. I'm going to try to duplicate the taste.
