Not eating. We went up on the mountain today on a wildlife watching trip. Unfortunately every single backroad was a total washboard and after only about 3 hours we had to come back down because my lower belly was really hurting. Ken made himself some creamed chipped beef over toast but the last thing I want to do is eat. Been laying down since we got home at about 4. I’ll have a bowl of Cheerios later if I get hungry.

Using the oven oh my Fish and tator tots.. darn it beets tonight.

Went to the movies and then an Italian restaurant. I had shrimp/scallops/spinach/cherry tomatoes over linguini, and the Princess had ravioli.

ham, cabbage, parsley potatoes and perhaps sweet corn.
