Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

We are going out for Chinese! DS comes home on the train today. Its our tradition to pick him up then go out to eat. We spent all day yesterday in the "city" shopping. So when we finally got home we were to tired top cook or eat! So.... we had popcorn!
 
I wore myself out cooking before Christmas and have not felt like cooking much since. The only thing interesting I have done was last wed-I know, BFD, but DGD and I made homemade venison raviolli! It was great! I need a pasta maker though because I just cannot roll the dough thin enough anymore.
DGD starts back to school today-so tonight we will have muenster shroom chicken breasts/thighs.

Computer is dead at home so here is the weekend update. New Year's Eve - Crab Fondue, Friday a favorite of my husband's - something that we call "Steak Sliced Thin" (sirloin sliced very thin, flash fried in olive oil withton of garlic, salt, pepper and oregano served on egg noddles), Saturday Lemon Chicken with rice and brussel sprouts and last night Homemade Butternut Squash Ravioli - with a browned butter sage sauce with a romaine, blood orange and walnut salad with raspberry dressing.

Weighted myself this morning and realize that I need to get back to eating less and loose some added poundage from last year.
