I have back ribs in the smoker, fresh potatoes and peas out of the garden, cowboy beans (requested by #3 son who's coming for dinner), and, because I just returned from Haiti, we are having Haitian Rice and Beans (which, by the looks of the batch-size, will feed me lunch all week.....or 2). Life is GOOD!
 
SQUASH!!! That was the highlight for me tonight. Sauteed bacon, onion, mushrooms, summer squash, let it just almost blacken. Oh, heaven!

Oh yeah, we also had hamburger with mushroom gravy over tater tots. For those that needed something besides squash
