Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Bacon, lettuce, tomato, ham salad sandwich on rye bread - and it was good.

We had chix breasts with swiss cheese and bacon, honey mustard sauce on the side. Asparagus sauteed with onion, shrooms, bacon and garlic.

I'd intended to put a slice of ham on the chix as well, but try keeping lunch meat with two teenage boys....
 
Defrosting some stuffed peppers which will be served with mashed potatoes, carrots, and Crescent rolls.
 
Big AP English exam tomorrow. The boy's request was 'RED meat..plenty of it.'
I thought fish was brain food?

Anyway, Yellow squash with onion and bacon,
tossed salad with garden vegetables, cranberries and walnuts,
And grilled turkey and flank steak fajitas.
I need to spend less time working and more time cooking today...

I will make pan fried steak, baked potatoes, last night's carrots and a Bib lettuce/tomato/cheese salad.
 
tonights dinner will be subway.

tomorrows will be baked pork chops that have been marinating in Italian dressing since this morning.
