Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

New to BYC, and don't even have my chicks yet (shipping in a week!) but I do love a food thread!
I work as a chef in a corporate dining setting. Many days I'm so sick of thinking about food that I just really want some inspiration. Or some carryout.

I had the day off today, though, so didn't mind making dinner. Grilled lemon garlic chicken, green beans, steamed broccoli, canned peaches, and baked mac and cheese.
 
Baked enchiladas with smoked sausage, egg and cheese. I find that if I roll just about anything in a tortilla and cover it with salsa and cheese, the kids will at least give it a try.
Green Beans to go with and some corn chips.
