Bland, boring no salt garbage tonight! <sigh> I WANT SOME SALT!!!!!! And a caffeine-laden Coke!! And milk that isn't blue!

salt reduced food will once again taste good. Coke makes you fat even if caffeine 'is my friend', and blue is the new white.
 
Last night was boneless chicken thighs pounded down and made into a low carb cordon bleu, with a salad.

I don't know about you all, but I'm heading to Stephanie's for dinner

Or maybe I'll make some pork chops, mashed taters and green bean casserole.

Oh, I SO agree! And the funny thing is, look on the labels. There isn't that much difference in the fat content to make a huge leap of fat reduction in the normal diet! Shoot, I only use milk in my cereal and my coffee - oh, wait - no more coffee either.....and I use milk in some recipes. So how does that minuscule percentage do anything but make me mad?
 
Can you have decaf coffee?
The green mountain decaf is the best I have ever had.
I start the day with hot water and lemon, then real coffee then the rest of the day is 4-5 cups of the green mountain breakfast blend decaf.
I am glad I don't a problem or anything...
 
You have gotten used to so many 'new' normals, this should be the easiest one to deal with.
You will be fine. You needed some rest now everyone knows it.
