Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

We go to Trader Joe's every 4 or 5 weeks - so far there has been no waiting to gain access. I would imagine that several months ago when Covid 19 was running wild it was a different story. I even remarked yesterday about how non crowded the store was.

The store that we go to is an hours drive. It's a relatively new store - opened just before the virus hit.

we have one 2 hrs away---near a Stu Leonards, Love the double duty road trip!

We have a trader joes in Davis and I go by it during my commute to work...Which has not happened since mid March! I am still working remotely.

We may be back to Campus in August or September

Okay so 50 x 50 burgers deep fried zucchini and tator tots in skillet

dinner's done and all cleaned up--grilling is easy

Tonight we'll try chicken pot pie (compliments of Trader Joe's) with a Caesar salad.

The pot pie was surprisingly good. If you are in need of a quick meal and don't have time for preparation I recommend it. We'll buy it again.
