Tonight I am making leftover rib roast, fried mashed potato cakes, creamed spinach, and of course gravy.

Need a YUM option!

Doing bone in pork cutlets .. dirty rice .. will add corn in

Burgers, 4 bean quinoa salad & pickled beets. Challenged myself to use up all I have before I shop. When I do get to the store it's going to be a big bill.

Doing my first quiche tonight hashbrown crust, sausage in it part saved to patties and bacon on the side .. We do love our bacon
