Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Leftover Chinese: Mongolian Beef for me, General Tso for DH.
My first time ordering Mongolian beef from this restaurant, won't do it again. 4 parts onion to 1 part beef in a thin watery sauce. Flavor is OK.

Last night we had candied sweet potatoes, sweet and sour red cabbage, and pan fried/seasoned pork loin cutlets. Still working on tonight's menu.
