Oppps okay bought these really nice roast beast at Costco one is in the frige to cook tonight carrots and potato maybe pepper gravy to round it out

made bbq chicken thighs and breasts---got dark while grilling! but weather was nice. potatoes and salad

Used a new tomato sauce from Trader Joe's - good !

tonight is beef brisket in the oven (due to our smoker being broken at moment) and chantrelle mushrooms pan fried. not sure what else though.

just made eggplant rollatini for tonight. Will have sausages and pasta, garlic bread

The Princess went to the Polish deli. Tonight we will have their potato pancakes, stuffed cabbage, and some sort of squash? that I am baking.
