The corned beef I cooked on St. Patrick's day was very good!

What was just as good as each time I reentered the house from outside, the SMELL was heavenly.. I was so hungry by the time it got done... Boy was it good, and will be good for days!

Soooooooooo, I went to the grocery store this morning.. First time in a month and they had corned beef brisket on sale.. Got two, one is in the oven.. just added the potatoes and carrots.. Guess what's for dinner tonight!

Oh that’s great you found a sale! Not here! As soon as St. Patrick’s Day is over corned beef goes back to ridiculously expensive . Enjoy !
