tonight i had meatloaf that i had frozen a couple of weeks ago. And some mac-n-cheese.

The kiddos have church activities tonight where they get fed

so honey and I are having Papa Murphy's.

cracker barrel is great.Now i want fried apples.

'A day late and a dollar short'. Tonight I am making corned beef and cabbage to be served with diced parsley potatoes. Good stuff - I love it.

Added a Bibb lettuce, tomato, mozzarella salad with Balsamic vinaigrette for starters.

Got a venison tenderloin on the smoker....macaroni salad with BIG chunks of veggies....

Cracker Barrel !

We moved to a different state a few months ago and still havnt dug our smoker out of the car trailer we used! I was just thinking about it this morning. I think I'll start dropping hints to hubby!

I missed out on corned beef and cabbage this year too I will crave it until I go get one

Last night was mushroom and beef gravy over pasta and Brussels sprouts. I am still looking for a plan fr tonight.....

However, the garden has been planted-transplanted. I started it far back in January.
They'll be getting their meatless meals soon enough.
