well don't feel like cooking since i've been spring cleaning for the last 5 hrs.

so the gf is going to pick up mcdonalds on her way home. so dinner for me will be a big mac with large fries. daughter will have chicken nugget kidsmeal with apples and chocolate milk.

I'm making a stuffed pork chop with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans.

tonight will be bacon cheeseburgers. Found some steak on sale and finally got to try out my grinder i got for christmas. so i ground the steak and bacon and mixed it together. so we'll see how they come out.

they were very good and very juicy. i think if i do it again i'm going to reduce the bacon to 1/2 lb. i did 2 pounds of steak to 1 lb. of bacon. and lost alot of the beef flavor. but all in all it was a pretty good burger.

We watched the horse race and ate Jersey Mike's subs.

jersey mikes sub are awesome. only ate there once, last yr. had a 4 day before getting deployed gosh they were good. don't really watch much horse racing. But been trying to keep up with california chrome mainly just like his story with owners and his trainer.
