Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Boneless chicken breast in some way, Haven't figured out what to do with them.
LOL!
Here is what I told DH last night - "I defrosted chicken breasts, you figure out how you want them - bar-b-qued on the grill, garlic grilled with parmesan sauce on a bun, Chicken Parmesan, chicken tacos, chicken stir fry, chicken fried rice, ..." he interrupted me there and said "too many options! I'll grill it." :)

Good luck making a choice!

I know, chicken has been on sale recently so I stocked up. Dh says if I feed him anymore he will start laying eggs

Oh well, he will just have to deal with it lol! Decided to bake it in BBQ sauce and serve with BBQ rice and a veggie.

I am waiting for the low price on the boneless skinless chicken again so I can stock up and pressure-can it. It is so much better that way than the canned stuff from the store, and so convenient for those nights when we want something quick and easy.

I have never canned meat, we just foodsaver and freeze it. I got mine from a local meat market that ran a bulk sale not a grocery store. If you ever go to Winston, It is just south on HWY 150 Olde worlde meat market.
