Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Planning to make pork loin roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, and carrots for tonight.

Change of plans. Pork loin has been frozen. I am cooking up a batch of stuffed peppers. Enough for tonight and 4 meals to freeze. Will serve with egg noodles and spaghetti squash.

Tacos using shredded beef au jus and taco boats. With Champaign and cherry pie. Easy for tree trimming night.

Made a huge pot of cheesy tater corn chowder today to snack on during the week.

dinner will be pork chops, not sure the side and veggie. Maybe peas, and rice?

I'm the "no cooking," cook so anyone that knows me will NOT be surprised that I had back to back pints(really 14 oz. each) of Haagen Daz Rocky Road ice cream (no lie) and diet-non caffeinated Coke

for lunch however ate out, half chicken with mashed pots & candied sweet potatoes and diet coke. Plus I worked some off snow shoveling the driveway and street up to the neighbors house. The only exercise I love is shoveling snow.

Diva, I knew we were soul sisters somehow----it's the ice cream! Although I'm a Ben and Jerry's girl myself.......but I say the only reason I don't have ice cream for dinner is I still have The Locusts at home and have to set an example of eating better.....leafy green, not gummi green......
