Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

MONDAY - Chicken Enchiladas (one pan of red sauce, one pan of green sauce). French Silk Pie before bed.
TUESDAY- Spaghetti and meatballs with French Silk Pie for dessert.
WEDNESDAY - frozen Tombstone Pizza and French Silk Pie for dessert.
THURSDAY - Broasted chicken, mashed potato and gravy, coleslaw and French Silk Pie before bed.

We are now out of French Silk Pie ...

It was DH's birthday pie - he has had French Silk Pie instead of cake since he was 9 years old. Only now, I am expected to make it from scratch instead of buying one from Bakers Square restaurants.

I don't get how you make it last so long. Around here, a pie is on a deadline for death within an hour of coming out of the oven

Last night we had the rest of that pork roast as bbq pork sammiches, with coleslaw and fries.

I've got ground beef to use, so tonight may be nachos. Or, if the weather is gloomy all day, maybe hamburger stew.

BBQ Tri Tip--Basque marinade and then seasoned salt and blackened red pepper
Baked potatoes
roasted asparagus
baquette
