Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

I'm working on chicken salad for supper...
I've been collecting 'stuff' for our church yardsale...and tonights church...plus homeschool....housework, and laundry...I'll be doing laundry till the Lord takes me home....

I know someone sneaks in and puts dirty clothes in my hamper...we surely couldn't mess them ALL up!

Tonight Im cooking Lamb Ribs from the ram lamb in the freezer. I havent cooked lamb ribs before, but my mom cooked some of them a couple nights ago and she said they were really good.... although not very meaty.

Yes! It is and normally I would be with you, but...

DH is home today and he wants to BBQ pork chops and baked potatoes. I can't argue with that!!

I was going to make chicken salad till I got home and Sadie the wonder Beagle had opened the fridge and helped herself to the leftover chicken. So I put a ham in to bake but Im not feeling it. Im feeling take out.

As for the Laundry, mine grows daily and never seem to make a dent. Im so tired of hearing from the oldest that he doesnt have clean shirts. My question to him is ............where are they?

DH cooked tonight, since the pinched nerve in my neck won't un-pinch (our Lab sprained a muscle in his hind leg when he walked in the hole behind the chicken coop that he keeps digging and I keep filling, and I pinched the nerve trying to lift him up the steps Monday morning).

He dished up huevos rancheros with some pintos I had in the freezer that he re-fried, and a mixed green salad. Tastey!

I wish I could get my DH to cook up something edible ..for me... or he'd accept "Breakfast Wednesday"
