Do you like it spicy? I do, but have to tame it down for my husband.

There's a Thai place here that has the best ever coconut curry. Fantastic with chicken and/or veggies. I've been looking for a good recipe for a while.

Yes, I like a good amount of spice. We have a lot of very spicy Mexican food here and I love it!

Tonight was Pork medallions with Miso and Mushroom sauce served with barley.

Twice baked potatoes, sweet potato casserole, stuffing, mushrooms in brown gravy, cauliflower, green beans, cranberry sauce, turkey - and of course gallons of gravy.

For Thanksgiving I baked the cauliflower - turned out great.

Needless to say last night was leftovers.

Tonight I will make a steak on the grill, creamed spinach, grated potato cakes, and left over cauliflower.

Tonight we had bowls of leftover mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, turkey and a little shredded cheese for the kids.

"Potatoes and gravy" - doesn't get any better than that. When I was a kid my father ended every meal with buttered bread and gravy. That was his dessert.

all these thanks giving meals are making me hungry (but as a Canadian our thanks giving is in October)
