Minestrone soup and Parmesan bagels

Last night we had steak on the grill, scalloped potatoes, and sweet corn. Tonight I am making slow baked boneless pork chops, sweet and sour red cabbage, and left over scalloped potatoes.

For tonight I have a big pot of beef paprika cooking on the stove. I will serve it with dumplings and sweet and sour red cabbage - traditional with this dish.

I made ham hocks and beans but the little helper who filled my salt shaker before he went back to his Mom didn't get the lid on all the way.
Had to throw it all away.
