Last night was Crab Cakes.

Went out for anniversary - had an expensive meal - got food poisoning.

I should cook every night. Tonight I will make steak on the grill, baked sweet potatoes, and yellow summer squash.

Thanks, 54 years - what a lucky woman. Price of the meal would have paid two months rent when we got married.

Ground up cow tonight. Mixed & blended into an edible concoction.

Tomorrow will be ground up cow formed into meatloaf, served with either mac and cheese or mashed potatoes. Haven't decided on the vegetable - perhaps carrots.

Ground up Cow lol.. Form of h/m meat balls, linguini pasta, pepper jack/& parm cheeses w/garlic toast.. various herbs-n-spices within the ground up cow..

Tonight's supper is more ground cow. How cliche!
That's what you get when you split 3 pounds in half after you freeze it! When it should have been split before we froze it..
