Last night I made a couple of quiches - one spinach and one broccoli - both with mushrooms, ham, bacon, and such, served with a salad.

I made spaghetti with meatballs over linguini and garlic paprika and parmesan toast.

Last night i made homemade pizza, I will definately do it again. It was soooo good. I topped with pepperoni and maple sausage, mozzarella and parmasean cheese. We had salads too.

Tonight was old reliable, mac and cheese with peas and kielbasa. I also made Hawaiian Sweet rolls....that was an adventure. Half way thru the bread machine landed on the floor. So the dough ended up not rising much and the rolls look funny but they taste so good.

we just had hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill, was a nice day here in Michigan.... yeah!

You all are killing me here LOL but at least I am on soft foods now not just liquids. I can't wait to grill so I am waiting to buy a new grill until I can eat again LOL.

Dinner? I am making soup out of Sunday's turkey. Busy day, no time to get all fussy & gourmet.

Tonight is leftover ham dinner from Sunday. I have so much on my plate right now that I need to keep it simple.

Welcome back to the kitchen, Zookeeper! I must've missed the story about your need for liquid and soft diet, so I hope you are recovering perfectly ..and will be eatin' real burgers, very soon!

I've been a little off here, lately ...stuff going on with my immediate family.. but I still cook....

Last night was grilled Yellowfin ..fried cabbage, "spanish rice" with some of TJ's soycuttash vegies added ..and cheese quesadillas.

Tonight is yet too far away to consider... moment by moment is about all I can manage... but there will be food.
