Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Scallops, lobster, shrimp scampi, and fried shrimp, with a side of roasted carrots and brussels sprouts. Red Lobster! I didn’t order any potato, didn’t order the second side, didn’t eat any biscuits, and didn’t put dressing ON my salad. And I only ate the 4 scallops and the lobster tail, plus some of the roasted veggies. The rest all came home in a box.

Hint I learned from my sister....love the taste of dressings but have to avoid or limit? Order it on the side, then just dip the tines of your fork in that, then spear some salad. Normally the entire amount of blue cheese dressing in the little cup would have been slathered all over my salad....today when our waiter came to get our salad plates and deliver our entrees he asked me if something was wrong with the dressing, because I hadn’t used it. Yes I did....I just got enough for the flavor but not enough to coat the greens! <<<feeling proud>>>
