Thanks, Penny. I’ve posted here a little in the past, but lack of notifications and the memory of a goldfish are not the best combo for a sustained presence

Well, this didn't happen. I made leftover stuffed cabbage for the Princess, and I had 2 cheeseburgers/no rolls, leftover mac and cheese and carrots.

tonight it will be meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli and sweet corn.

We intended going for Indian tandoori food but the place was packed - no social-distancing had KFC for lunch (gross) but I made slaw for sausage-rolls for a very light supper.
Oh, I fried chicken breast for Coronation-chicken Kinda thing and knocked out a couple of chicken schnitzel, ready for tomorrow.
